Your booked chalet will be ready for you from 3:00 PM on your arrival day. The house must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request. Please note that a fee may apply.
You can park your car free of charge in the parking lot directly in front of our house.

House Rules
The heating
The chalet is heated with a pellet stove. The heating is controlled automatically by a control program and should not be set manually, as this is a complex process.
The house is always comfortably heated. If you'd prefer it a little warmer or cooler, please feel free to contact us – we're happy to adjust the temperature for you.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. Smoking is permitted on the balcony or in the garden. Smoke detectors are installed in every room.
Furniture not on the balcony
The furniture should not be used on the balconies. There are a few garden chairs or benches on all balconies.
Night rest
After 10:00 PM, the area around the chalet must be quiet . So please pay extra attention if you're leaving or arriving at night. The garden and balcony must be quiet from 9:00 PM.
When you leave the house
When you leave the house, please turn off lights and close windows and doors as much as possible.
Waste
Please separate your waste as much as possible. Plastic should go in a separate bin, paper should go separately, food scraps should go in a separate bin, and residual waste should go in a separate bin. Labeled waste bins are located inside the house. Paper should be placed in the garden shed.
We have a small bin for organic waste in the kitchen. Use it with a green garbage bag. When the bag is full, tie it shut and leave it outside in the small green bin for organic waste. Do not mix organic waste with other materials such as plastic or metal.
Ski room
The ski room is located in the garden house.
Please do not enter the chalet in your ski boots!
Change of towels / new towels
For weekly stays (min. 6 nights) we will change your towels on Wednesday if you have left the towels outside near the front door. Please before 10am and send us an app when the towels have been deposited.
If you would like an extra change of towels during your stay, please let us know. An extra set of towels (one large towel and one small towel) costs €4.00 per set.
Damage
If something in the house is broken, such as tableware or anything else, you must always report this to us.
Cleaning
Although cleaning is included, we still expect you to tidy the chalet, meaning that all household items should be returned to their original locations. Clean and dry dishes should be returned to the cupboard and the dishwasher should be emptied. The refrigerator should also be emptied, and waste should be removed and separated according to the instructions above.
Hanging laundry
Please do not hang wet laundry over doors or chairs; use the designated drying rack instead.
At your own risk
Use of all play items in the garden is at own risk, we are not liable for any injury to you or your child.
Washing machine
Please use detergent tablets in your washing machine, rather than powder. This will keep the area around the washing machine clean.
Right of access
We reserve the right to enter the house at any time during your stay.
Check-out/Late Check-out
You must vacate the house by 10 a.m. on your departure day. By arrangement, and for an additional fee, it may be possible to stay longer in the house.

For safety reasons, children under the age of 4 are not allowed to ride the mountaincarts.
Children ages 4 to 9 may ride accompanied by an adult.
Children 10 years and older and at least 150 cm tall may drive a mountaincart by themselves, accompanied by an adult chaperone.
The Kitzlochklamm is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and impressive gorges in our Alpine region. The unique natural spectacle with its many idyllic bays, towering, jagged rock walls, an impressive hermitage and the spectacular bridge make the gorge a special outing for the whole family.

If you like fishing, this is highly recommended, but it is also fun if you have never done it before. Guidance is available.
A fishing rod can be rented for €5.70 euros and you pay 2 euros for the fishing card for 1 day. Bait you can use from there. You can fish unlimitedly, but you are obliged to keep the fish you catch.

A beautiful route with tractor with trailer of half an hour to a nostalgic village at the foot of the Großvenediger.Delicious in the village look around and then on foot back. Also good to do with children. A very nice hike with many photo opportunities.
The horse-drawn carriage was replaced a few years ago by the panorama train. It runs every hour in the Gschlößtal from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. to the Venedigerhaus Innergschlöß; it returns every half hour from the Venedigerhaus Innergschlöß to the Matreier Tauernhaus. The single fare for adults is €5.00 to the Außergeschlöß, €7.00 to the Innergschlöß; children up to 12 years of age pay €3.00; the group fare (from 20 people) is €12.00 per person round trip.

This amazing place should not be missed during your vacation. The tranquility this place exudes must be
experience. You can take a nice walk, have some food on the terrace and just enjoy.

National Parc Museum
What animals live in the National Parc Hohe Tauern? What is the history like? 3D Movie and 360-degree Film.
At the entrance to the village is Kaprun's Alpine roller coaster with large playground with go-kart park and inflatables.
The length of the course is 1300 meters. Total sailing time from start to finish is about 12 minutes.
Children from 3 to 7 years only accompanied. From 8 years of age and a height of 125 cm only allowed in a toboggan.
